Do you want a custom potion bottle by Daniel based off of your zodiac sign? Or do you want a custom crochet plushie by Zoë for a baby shower? We LOVE custom orders here at Witch and Wool!!! We are always flattered when people want to work with us to create one-of-a-kind pieces! Please read below to hear more about our custom order request process :)
Step 1:
Once you've decided you want a custom order from us, fill out the form below with your name, email, phone number, and custom order ideas!! Please try to include as many details as possible if you can (such as size, budget, colors, etc.). If you don't know all the details, no worries!! Still feel free to reach out and we can chat about it :)
Also don't worry - we won't spam you with calls or emails. This is solely so we can contact you about your order! You can also leave your Instagram handle too if you're more comfortable.
Step 2:
We will review your custom order request and email you back within a week!! If you don't hear back from us, check your spam or junk folder just in case. Otherwise, feel free to send us a reminder email or submit your form again. While we do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly, we are a small team (just Daniel and myself) and sometimes things happen!!
Please note that while we accept as many custom orders as we can, we might have to deny based on our availability or if we cannot agree on a custom design. We will then either place you on a waitlist or refer you to someone else :)

Step 3:
After we find a project that we all love, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This is to cover the cost of materials and a portion of our time making the product. We will list this deposit as a custom listing on our website, and also send it to you via your preferred method of communication. We will not start working on your project until the deposit is paid.
Step 4:
After the deposit is paid, we will get to work!! We'll send you updates along the way and if you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us!
Step 5:
Once we finish, we will send you photos of the final product!! We won't ship it out to you unless you give the okay. Once you approve what we create, we will put the remaining 50% of the listing up in our shop for you as a custom listing (we'll also send it to you via your preferred method of communication). Once you pay, we will ship out your custom order!! We hope you love it :)
